You can color your dough by adding vegetables, herbs, superfoods and spices.
Green with spinach, parsely, red with beetroot, yellow with saffron and curry, orange with tomato paste, pink with dragon fruit, etc..
Ingredients
RED PASTA
GREEN PASTA

Flour 300 g = 2 ⅛ c

Precooked beetroot 150 g = ¾ cup

2 eggs

Flour 300 g = 2 ⅛ c

Boiled and squeezed spinach 100 g = a little less than ½ a cup (115 g)

ORANGE PASTA
-
Flour 300 g = 2 ⅛ c

3 spoon tomato paste
-
2 eggs
Preparation
HOW TO PREPARE COLOURED PASTA
Mix with a processor the vegetables or the ingredient chosen with the eggs then proceed as for normal pasta.
