Hello! My name is Fortuna: I am a mom, chef and professional pastry chef. Since I was little cooking has always been my passion, I think it is something you have deep inside and enjoy every time you are at it.
I'll be glad to teach you the basics of traditional italian cuisine in my kitchen in Rome.
We'll mostly use fresh ingredients from local producers as I believe it is what makes the difference between a good dish and a superior one.
